Since 1988, Robyn has been dedicated to providing quality dance education and training to her students. Robyn first began her dance training at the Janet Lang Dance Studio in Rochester, Minnesota, and as a member of the Lake City High School Dance Team. She believes in creating a fun, encouraging environment where students can push themselves to perfect their craft, become confident dancers and grow as individuals.

Sandra BorgschatzSandra began her dance career at the Janet Lang Dance Studio and brings over 30 years of experience to her intermediate and advanced tap classes.
Deb DeweeseDeb began both her dance training and teaching career at the Janet Lang Dance Studio. She brings her numerous years of experience to preschool, jazz and ballet classes.
Blaire HovenBlaire trained at ZDS for 15 years and was a five year varsity member of ZMDT before continuing her training at the University of Minnesota. She has instructed the ZDS Performance Team since 2010, and her favorite dance move is the big-clap.
Chalsie PonceletChalsie has been involved as a student and teacher at ZDS for more than 25 years. She will be teaching preschool, beginning ballet and assisting the ZDS
Performance Team. |
Erica BryantErica instructs jazz, lyrical and hip hop classes at ZDS. She holds a degree in elementary education and also has experience coaching the JMHS Hip Hop Team.
Abby Hinchley Abby is a ZDS alum who continued her dance education at Iowa State University as a member of the Orchesis 1 Dance Company. Her choreography was featured in six company shows and was selected to perform at the American College Dance Festival. She teaches jazz, lyrical and the ZDS Performance Team.
Jennifer KleinJen trained at ZDS for 15 years and was a six year member of ZMDT. She went on to coach ZMDT, leading the team to their first ever top 3 finish at state. Jen will be teaching jazz.
Myfanwy PostiansMyfanwy is a recent graduate of ZDS, was a member of the ZDS Performance Team and a six year member of ZMDT. She will be teaching beginning jazz and choreographing for the ZDS Performance Team.

Anna BudensiekAnna is a ZDS alum who trained here for 15 years until furthering her training at the University of Minnesota. Anna will be instructing jazz, lyrical and the ZDS Performance Team.
Avin Honecker-ShermanAvin has been an instructor at ZDS since 2004 and is a jack of all trades. She is trained in ballet, jazz, clogging, tap, modern, Irish and pilates and teaches across southern Minnesota at Winona State University, the Rochester YMCA and the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts.
Marieke MayweatherMarieke attended the Janet Lang Studio and the Studio Academy of the Arts. She brings an incredible energy to her lyrical, jazz and hip hop classes, and is certified in Acrobatic Arts training.
Jennifer Taber-O'NeilJen received an M.A in Dance Education from Barat College and a B.A. in Dance from the University of Michigan. She teaches across MN at several universities, conferences and studios. We are excited to have her join us to teach ballet, pointe
and modern. |
